sea and the east china sea, the continuing pressure it's putting on taiwan, things that china has not significantly or fundamentally recalculated its strategic interests. and i think you see this in the pronouncements. i think you see they look very carefully to come to what my colleagues have been talking about in america, that they firmly believe is retrenching in america. an america they firmly believe is more and more dysfunctional. this, i think, goes to the core of what tom was talking about with how she sequestration is playing out. the asians can count as well as we can, and, in fact, if you look at the educational rankings, better.
